This is a tribute to the night bagel. When Russ and I first started dating, he introduced me to the night bagel, a tradition him and his roommates had carried on for years. Tonight I also got to hear a speech about how this, this very bagel you see in the picture above, is the perfect bagel. It has the perfect softness, warmth, texture, flavor, and yes, even the perfect weight. Wow, I didn't know all of this was possible in a bagel. Now I do. Thomas' Everything Bagel, you are the real thing. Thank you for making Russ's night... and I'm sure many nights to come.
